Every four out of five adults are affected by back pain. Severe back pain can hinder mobility and agonising. For example, one can experience lower back pain right above the tailbone, sharp pain in the back, and numbness or tingling on the foot. If the pain lasts for more than a week, it is advisable to seek physiotherapy treatment.
Symptoms & Causes of ​​​Back Injury & Pain
The symptoms of back pain are:

Feeling pain or discomfort between the lower ribs and buttocks with or without the addition of leg pain

Muscle ache

Shooting pain on the back

Limited movement

Difficulty in walking

Difficulty standing straight

Pain that goes down to the leg with or without feeling pins and needles and numbness
Pain that lasts longer than three months is considered severe.
