Fizo Kare Physiotherapy- Bursitis

Bursitis

Bursitis is inflammation of a bursa – a small fluid-filled sac that functions as a cushion between a bone and a muscle, skin, or tendon, most commonly in the shoulder, hip, elbow, and knee. Bursas are to lubricate joint tendons. When the demand and friction on the bursa are too high, it will become overused and irritated and lead to inflammation.
