Elbow Conditions

Elbow Conditions
Elbow pain can be very frustrating because we use our elbows in many ways. Our elbow joints allow us to extend and flex and rotate our hands and forearms. It is difficult to describe which movement brings on the pain since most movements combine these actions.
Common elbow pain types are the ‘tennis elbow’ and ‘golfer’s elbow’. Although the name would lead most to believe these will only occur in keen tennis players and golfers, this is not the case. These injuries can occur due to many physical activities such as rowing, swimming, weightlifting and repetitive work tasks in many other occupations.
Complete recovery may take months, depending on the location and severity of the elbow injury and pain.
