Fracture Treatment
Fracture Treatment
A fracture is a break in the bone which is either complete or partial and disrupts its continuity. This condition happens when there is more pressure on the bone than it can withstand from sudden trauma or injury. Shinbone fracture is the most common bone fracture where the bone protrudes from the skin during the damage. Fractures usually occur in the hand, wrist, ankle, collarbone, skull, spine, or hip. The condition will become more complicated when osteoporosis is the underlying pathology.

Treatment for Fracture
Our physiotherapists at Fizo Kare Physiotherapy Centre will assist in regaining full function and a more positive rehabilitation outcome after a fracture. Physiotherapy treatments should start immediately after immobilisation of the fracture to promote healing, encourage weight-bearing, strengthen weak muscles, and reduce swelling and pain.
